Job Description

As the Brand Lead for Third Wave Coffee, you will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall brand strategy. Your role will involve ensuring that the brand maintains a consistent positioning across all customer touchpoints, planning and executing marketing campaigns, and fostering emotional connections with the coffee-loving community. Your key responsibilities will include defining and refining the brand's positioning in alignment with the company's mission, values, and target audience. You will be tasked with creating annual and quarterly brand plans that outline objectives, strategies, and success metrics. In addition, you will lead the conceptualization and execution of various marketing campaigns across digital, ATL, BTL, and in-store channels, working closely with creative, media, and PR agencies to deliver compelling storytelling. As the Brand Lead, you will oversee the brand's tone, visual identity, and messaging across different platforms such as social media, website, and packaging. It will be essential to ensure consistency in brand communication both internally and externally. Leveraging market and consumer insights, you will refine brand strategies and monitor brand performance using data analytics and customer feedback. Collaboration with cross-functional teams including product, retail, design, and operations will be crucial to creating cohesive brand experiences. You will serve as the brand custodian across various touchpoints such as store formats, merchandise, digital presence, and partnerships. Moreover, you will focus on building brand ambassadors, influencer networks, and media relationships to grow the Third Wave Coffee community online and offline. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 9 years of experience in brand marketing or brand management, preferably in FMCG, F&B, or lifestyle brands. A track record of building and scaling consumer brands in India, along with strong creative abilities and understanding of digital-first communication, will be beneficial. Excellent communication, storytelling, stakeholder management skills, and the ability to make data-driven decisions are also essential for this position.,
