About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand & Digital Marketing Manager to lead our brand presence and digital growth. This role demands full ownership of brand communication, social media strategy, lead-generation initiatives, and campaign execution. You will manage end-to-end marketing processes and guide a young, high-energy team toward achieving organisational marketing goals.


Key Responsibilities

Brand & Communication

  • Develop and maintain brand guidelines ensuring consistent tone, style, and messaging.
  • Strengthen brand identity and positioning across digital and offline touchpoints.


Digital Marketing & Growth

  • Plan and execute content calendars, paid campaigns, and growth-driven digital initiatives.
  • Lead SEO, SEM, and performance activities to drive ranking, traffic, and qualified leads.
  • Manage social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement.


Product Launches & GTM

  • Strategise and execute product launches and GTM initiatives.
  • Run integrated campaigns and oversee funnel performance to meet KPIs.


Market Intelligence & Special Projects

  • Conduct market and competitor research to guide strategy and positioning.
  • Manage founder-led initiatives such as events, webinars, and PR activities.


Team & Operational Leadership

  • Prepare weekly reports, dashboards, and performance insights.
  • Ensure timely, high-quality delivery of all marketing projects.
  • Identify influencer and community-building opportunities.


Requirements

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role within a SaaS organisation (preferred).
  • Strong understanding of digital, offline, and integrated marketing ecosystems.
  • Hands-on experience with campaigns, SEO/SEM, paid ads, and brand communication.
  • Creative mindset with leadership ability to guide a young marketing team.
