Job Title: Brand & Content Marketing Senior Executive Location: Noida, India Experience: 1–3 years Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Brand & Content Marketing Senior Executive to help drive our brand presence and engagement through compelling storytelling and content creation. You will play a key role in shaping brand communication, executing content strategies, and ensuring consistency across platforms to build awareness and trust with our target audience. Key Responsibilities: Brand Marketing Support the development and execution of brand positioning and communication strategies. Ensure consistency in tone, voice, and visual identity across all brand touchpoints. Assist in organizing brand campaigns and initiatives to boost visibility and engagement. Content Creation & Strategy Plan and create engaging, original content for blogs, social media, email newsletters, websites, and digital campaigns. Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content assets. Write and edit marketing content that aligns with brand guidelines and business objectives. Collaborate with design, digital, and product teams for campaign execution. Digital & Social Media Marketing Develop and publish social media content to enhance online presence. Track content performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc., and provide actionable insights. Stay updated with content trends and digital marketing best practices. Coordination & Collaboration Liaise with external writers, agencies, and vendors for specialized content needs. Coordinate with internal departments to gather inputs and feedback for content planning. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in content writing, digital marketing, or brand communications. Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with social media platforms, content management systems (WordPress, etc.), and basic SEO principles. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently. Proactive, creative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills (Bonus): Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canvas or Adobe Creative Suite. Experience working with marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.
