What you’ll do

  • Marketing activations (online & offline): Plan and execute monthly 360° campaigns, retail/POP promotions, sampling drives, guerilla stunts, and digital bursts; manage vendors, POSM, and performance tracking.
  • Brand tie-ups & associations: Source and negotiate collaborations (retail, D2C brands, venues, campuses, gyms, cafés, co-working spaces, clubs); create co-marketing plans and success metrics.
  • Influencer & social relationships: Build a creator roster across tiers (nano → macro), run seeding, gifted and paid campaigns, UGC pipelines, and creator briefs; track CPV/CPM/EMV.
  • Community management: Launch and nurture local communities (WhatsApp/Telegram/Discord/Instagram), editorial calendars, AMA/live sessions, contests, and advocacy programs.
  • Brand events & outreach: Own pop-ups, sponsorships, campus tours, meetups, and experiential showcases—end-to-end from concept to post-event reporting.
  • Measurement & reporting: Weekly dashboards—reach, traffic, leads/sales contribution, EMV, event ROI, partner CAC payback, community health.
  • Budget & procurement: Own activation and creator budgets; onboard agencies/freelancers/vendors; ensure compliance and timely payments.


You’ll thrive if you have

  • 2–4 years in consumer/brand/growth marketing with hands-on activation + influencer + events.
  • Data comfort: Excel/Sheets, basic attribution (UTMs), social analytics, GA basics.
  • Strong negotiation, vendor ops, and on-ground hustle; Hindi & English fluency.
  • Nice to have: D2C/e-commerce, beauty/FMCG/lifestyle, CRM/WhatsApp journeys, basic design (Canva/Figma).
