Position Overview

As the Brand Collaboration Strategist, you will be the architect of our B2B partnership ecosystem. You will be responsible for identifying, vetting, and executing co-marketing and co-branding initiatives with other complementary businesses. Your main objective will be to create and manage strategic collaborations that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and unlock new business opportunities. This role requires a strategic mindset, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the B2B landscape.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential B2B brand partners whose target audience and values align with ours. Initiate contact, pitch collaboration ideas, and build a pipeline of prospective partners.
  • Develop and implement co-marketing strategies that leverage the strengths of both brands. This may include joint webinars, co-branded content (e.g., e-books, reports), live events, and integrated product promotions.
  • Lead the negotiation process and finalize partnership agreements that define the scope, deliverables, and success metrics for each collaboration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all brand partners. Nurture these relationships to ensure long-term value and mutual success.
  • Track and analyze the performance of each collaboration, reporting on key metrics such as lead generation, brand exposure, and ROI. Use these insights to refine future strategies.
  • Research and identify potential partners—including brands, influencers, and public figures—that are a strategic fit for our brand.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of collaborative campaigns, from concept to launch, ensuring all parties meet their deliverables.

Eligibility

Education: Requirement of Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent degree in Marketing.

Experience: 0-2 years of experience in partnership marketing, business development, brand management, or a related role.

Skills Required

  • Proven ability to identify and create partnerships that align with business goals.
  • Exceptional negotiation and communication skills, with a track record of securing favorable terms.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable insights for campaign optimization.
  • A well-developed professional network and the ability to build rapport with key industry players.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills to handle multiple collaborations simultaneously.
  • Should be able to strongly write compelling content for attracting new brands on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram & LinkedIn.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
