Job Description

Job Summary:We are seeking a creative and strategic Brand Awareness Executive to help elevate our company’s visibility across digital and offline channels. You will be responsible for developing and executing brand campaigns, building brand partnerships, and ensuring consistent messaging that resonates with our target audience – both candidates and clients. Key Responsibilities:Brand Strategy & Execution: Assist in the development and execution of brand awareness strategies and campaigns. Maintain brand consistency across all marketing and communication platforms. Monitor brand perception and competitor positioning. Digital Marketing & Social Media: Manage and grow social media presence (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.) tailored to recruitment audiences. Create and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, blogs) to boost employer and corporate brand presence. Collaborate with the content team for campaign ideation and execution. Events & Campaigns: Support in planning and executing online/offline events (job fairs, webinars, university tie-ups). Identify collaboration and sponsorship opportunities to expand brand reach. Analytics & Reporting: Track and report on campaign performance, reach, engagement, and ROI. Use tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Insights, and social media dashboards to make data-driven decisions. Internal Brand Advocacy: Promote employer branding initiatives and work closely with HR to highlight company culture. Encourage employees to be brand ambassadors through internal campaigns and initiatives.
