• Experience in managing

  budgets, contracts, and performance-based collaborations

• Data-driven mindset

  with the ability to analyze campaign performance and optimize for better results.
• Hands-on experience with

  influencer marketing platforms, digital advertising, and content marketing

  .

What You'll Do:

• Identify, onboard, and manage

  relationships with influencers and brand partners.

• Develop and execute

  influencer marketing and co-branded campaigns.

• Identify and collaborate

  with complementary brands for strategic partnerships.

• Plan and manage

  brand partnerships to amplify reach and engagement.

• Negotiate contracts, budgets, and deliverables

  for maximum ROI.

• Track and analyze

  influencer, brand partnership, and campaign performance.

• Plan and execute

  influencer-led on-ground activations, events, and BTL activities.

• Oversee the creation and optimization

  of influencer-generated content for D2C ads.

• Collaborate with teams

  to ensure seamless execution of campaigns across channels.

Pre-requisites:

• 2-3 years

  of experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or event marketing.
• Strong understanding of

  social media trends, analytics, and experiential marketing

  .
• Good with Copywriting
• Excellent

  negotiation and relationship management skills

• Experience managing
