Job Description

Sales Manager – Bangalore (ZGP)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue and achieve business targets.
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while nurturing client relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for effective lead generation and brand initiatives.
  • Oversee branch operations and ensure timely reporting to the head office.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI):
5. Achievement of individual sales targets6. Maintaining conversion percentage at benchmark levels7. Meeting client visit/meeting targets8. Achieving cross-promotion goals9. Ensuring zero pending follow-ups10. Maintaining CQ scores11. Meeting audit standards and KPI metrics12. Maintaining discount percentages within limits13. Ensuring same-day and full payment transactions

Required Candidate Profile:
14. Experience: 2 to 10 years in sales management15. Skills: Strong negotiation, leadership, and communication abilities16. Technical Proficiency: Google Sheets & Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Table)17. Languages: English, Tamil, and Kannada preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
