Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: Generate leads and acquire new customers for Home Loans and LAP through direct sourcing, channel partners (DSAs, connectors), builders, and referral networks. Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets. Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments. 2. Channel Management: Onboard and manage DSAs, connectors, real estate agents, and other channel partners. Train and motivate partners to generate business. Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards. 3. Customer Handling: Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate loan products. Guide customers through the loan application, documentation, and disbursement process. Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management. 4. Credit & Compliance: Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan files. Ensure all customer documentation is complete and in line with regulatory and company policies. Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring proper due diligence and monitoring. 5. Reporting & MIS: Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and funnel data. Provide accurate market feedback and competitor intelligence. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong knowledge of Home Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP) products. Good network in the local market, especially with DSAs and real estate agents. Excellent sales and negotiation skills. Good understanding of credit and risk norms for secured lending. Communication and interpersonal skills. Result-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
