Sales Manager- Home Loan, LAP

Key Responsibilities:

1.

Business Development:

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for Home Loans and LAP through direct sourcing, channel partners (DSAs, connectors), builders, and referral networks.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly disbursement targets.

• Conduct market research to identify potential customer segments.

2.

Channel Management:

• Onboard and manage DSAs, connectors, real estate agents, and other channel partners.

• Train and motivate partners to generate business.

• Monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to compliance and quality standards.

3.

Customer Handling:

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate loan products.

• Guide customers through the loan application, documentation, and disbursement process.

• Ensure excellent customer service and relationship management.

4.

Credit & Compliance:

• Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth processing of loan files.

• Ensure all customer documentation is complete and in line with regulatory and company policies.

• Maintain portfolio quality by ensuring proper due diligence and monitoring.

5.

Reporting & MIS:

• Maintain daily/weekly sales reports and funnel data.

• Provide accurate market feedback and competitor intelligence.

• Good network in the local market, especially with DSAs and real estate agents.

• Excellent sales and negotiation skills.

• Good understanding of credit and risk norms for secured lending.

• Communication and interpersonal skills.

• Result-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
