Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Branch Sales Manager with a strong background in Sales, Skincare, Wellness, and Health Industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing branch operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring consistent business growth while maintaining excellent client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee overall branch performance and achieve sales targets.
• Lead, motivate, and train the branch sales team.
• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue.
• Handle client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain coordination between clinic staff and management for smooth operations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Monitor and evaluate staff performance and ensure adherence to company standards.
• Promote wellness and skincare services effectively to clients.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in Sales, Skincare, Wellness, or Health industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling ability.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Health, or related field preferred.

Training Details:

• Duration: 10–15 Days (Unpaid)
• Location: Chandigarh
• Facilities: Company-provided accommodation and meals during training.
• Post Training: Job location will be Bathinda; salary begins after training completion.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
