Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role located in Noida for a Branch Sales Manager at Truhome Finance Limited. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include managing a sales professionals, establishing and maintaining client relationships, analyzing market trends to identify growth opportunities, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, the role will require regular reporting on sales performance and the implementation of strategies to enhance revenue growth.

• Proven expertise in sales management and team leadership
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of the finance and housing industry, including market trends and regulatory requirements
• Analytical skills for performance tracking and strategic planning
• Ability to work independently and manage operations in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in sales tools and CRM software
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus
• Prior experience managing sales teams in the financial or housing sector is highly desirable
