Branch Sales Manager

As a Branch Head in the insurance sector located in Mohali, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational, sales, and administrative activities of the branch. Your strategic planning and team management skills will be pivotal in ensuring that the branch meets its revenue, growth, and operational efficiency objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations. - Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance branch performance. - Effectively manage budgets, financials, and resources. - Drive sales performance to surpass targets and identify new market opportunities. - Cultivate relationships with existing clients and establish partnerships to expand the business portfolio. - Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales professionals and administrative staff. - Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to enhance team performance. - Ensure a customer-centric approach by promptly addressing client concerns and maintaining high satisfaction levels. - Ensure compliance with real estate regulatory requirements and company policies. - Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, market trends, and competitor analysis. Qualifications and Skills: - Education: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (MBA preferred). - Experience: 8-10 years in real estate sales, business development, insurance sector, or branch operations, with at least 7-8 years in a leadership role. - Strong leadership and team management abilities. - Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities. - Knowledge of real estate markets, regulations, and industry practices.
