Manage and oversee the daily operations of the branch sales team. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and performance. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Job Requirements Proven experience in retail mortgages or a related field, with a strong understanding of the BFSI industry. Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Knowledge of financial products and services, particularly in retail mortgages, is essential. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
