Muthoot Housing Finance Company Ltd. (MHFCL) is a housing finance company headquartered in Mumbai, registered with the National Housing Bank. Established in 2011, MHFCL offers innovative loan products to underserved prospective homeowners in semi-urban and rural parts of India. It aims to provide affordable housing finance to the lower and middle-income groups. MHFCL is a subsidiary of Muthoot Fincorp Ltd., the flagship company of the Muthoot Pappachan Group, a diversified conglomerate with multiple business verticals.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Sales Manager located in Davangere. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for managing branch operations, achieving sales targets, developing strategies to increase loan disbursements, and maintaining customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include leading and motivating the branch sales team, conducting market research, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications

Branch management and team leadership skills
Experience in sales and achieving sales targets in the finance sector
Market research and customer relationship management skills
Knowledge of housing finance products and services
Ability to develop strategies for business growth
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work on-site in Davangere and occasionally travel as required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field; MBA is a plus
Experience in the housing finance industry is beneficial
