Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Branch Sales Manager - LAP (Loan Against Property) at HireGenius India. The Branch Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations related to Loan Against Property, implementing sales strategies, managing a sales team, generating leads, building customer relationships, and ensuring sales targets are met. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing sales data, coordinating with other departments, and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications - Must be a Graduate and Age should be less than 40 .

Strong understanding of Loan Against Property (LAP) products and market trends. Minimum 3 years of experience.
Direct Sales experience is preferred.
Proven sales management experience and excellent leadership skills
Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
Analytical skills to interpret sales data and market research
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
Ability to work independently and manage teams.
Location- Panipat, Sikar, Salem, Gwalior.
