Branch Sales Manager - EIL

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the EIL business targets in the assigned territory
• Identify potential customers and build strong relationships with education institutions, including schools, colleges, and universities
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends
• Collaborate with the product team to develop and customize EIL products to meet the specific needs of education institutions
• Train and mentor the sales team to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to effectively sell EIL products
• Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to the senior management team
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and business development, preferably in the banking or financial services industry
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
• Strong understanding of the education sector and its financing needs
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
