Job Description: Branch Sales Manager - EIL Department Mortgage Loan

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives for the EIL product in the designated branch
Establish and nurture connections with educational institutions to generate leads and enhance business prospects
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to pinpoint potential clients and comprehend their requirements and preferences
Educate and guide sales team members to ensure they possess the essential knowledge and skills to effectively promote the EIL product
Monitor and assess sales performance and deliver regular reports to senior management
Collaborate with various departments to guarantee seamless and efficient processing of EIL applications and disbursements
Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors' actions to identify potential risks and opportunities for the EIL product

Qualifications: Any Graduate
Experience : 4 to 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the banking or financial services sector
