• Identify and acquire new customers through DSA (Direct Selling Agent) networks and open market sourcing.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with DSAs, DSTs, and market connectors to generate business.
• Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring a high-quality customer experience.
• Coordinate closely with credit and operations teams to ensure quick processing and disbursal of loans.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with internal policies.
• Provide ongoing support to customers post-disbursal.
• Share market trends and competitor intelligence with the internal team.
• 2- 4 years of field sales experience, preferably in BFSI or loan products.
• Experience in DSA sourcing or channel sales is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated career stability and consistent performance. Fresh Graduates (MBA or Bachelor’s):
• Passionate about building a career in sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
