Role Overview

Regional Business Head – Affordable Home Loan

Key Responsibilities

• Drive regional business for Affordable Home Loans in the Ahmedabad territory.
• Lead and manage a team of Area and cluster Managers, SMs, and branch-level staff.
• Achieve disbursement targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
• Expand and manage channel partner network (DSAs, builders, connectors).
• Ensure compliance with credit, operational, and regulatory guidelines.
• Monitor team performance and implement effective performance management systems.
• Regular reporting and review with senior leadership on region-specific performance.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Home Loans / Secured Loans.
• Prior experience in handling regional or zonal level responsibilities.
• Strong team handling experience and people management skills.
• Good understanding of Gujarat housing finance market.
• Proven ability to drive business growth and manage large teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

Industry Preference

NBFCs / HFCs / Banks with a focus on Affordable Housing or Secured Lending.
