Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Officer to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university. Proven experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Knowledge of financial products and services is an advantage. Familiarity with CRM software and technology is desirable.
