Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in liabilities, branch banking, or related fields.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase business growth.
Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and expand the client base.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
Identify and mitigate risks associated with liability management.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition.
Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Branch Relationship Manager or similar role in the BFSI industry.
Strong knowledge of liabilities, branch banking, and relationship management principles.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Strong analytical and decision-making skills with attention to detail.
Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
