Job Description – Relationship Manager (Life Insurance)Position: Relationship Manager (RM) Location: Surat Experience: 1 to 3 Years in Life Insurance Sales Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA (Fixed + Attractive Incentives) Channel: Banca Key Responsibilities Achieve sales targets through assigned leads and build a strong pipeline. Manage and strengthen relationships with bank branches/partners to drive insurance sales. Identify customer needs and provide suitable life insurance solutions. Generate new business through cold calls, referrals, and client meetings. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company guidelines. Maintain proper documentation of sales, proposals, and policy issuance. Provide after-sales support to clients for policy servicing, renewals, and claims. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify business opportunities. Handle branch staff/partner training on insurance products and sales techniques. Achieve branch/individual targets consistently and contribute to overall team performance. Key Requirements Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in Life Insurance Sales (Banca/Agency/Direct). Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Strong communication, negotiation & interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player. Knowledge of local market and customer base preferred.
