Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to increase business growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets. Manage and analyze customer data to provide personalized solutions and services. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues. Train and guide junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to senior management. Job Requirements Strong understanding of BFSI industry trends and regulations.
