Key responsibilities

  • Acquire new HNI clients:

    Actively source and onboard high-value clients, including those in the HNI, Trusts, and Institutions categories.
  • Manage existing relationships:

    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a mapped portfolio of existing HNI clients to increase their business with the bank.
  • Grow the liability book:

    Build and manage the deposit base for the bank through new and existing clients.
  • Sales and cross-selling:

    Achieve targets for both acquisition and business growth by selling banking products and services.
  • Client service and support:

    Provide excellent service, understand client needs through regular visits, and ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Financial solutions:

    Identify opportunities to provide tailored financial and banking solutions to clients.
