Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in used car finance. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective marketing strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Achieve monthly and quarterly targets set by the management. Job Requirements Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree from a recognized university. Minimum 2 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably in used car finance. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including loans and credit cards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
