Job Description

Looking to onboard a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive with 1-2 years of experience to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase business growth. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to achieve business objectives and improve overall performance. Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Build and maintain a strong understanding of customer needs and preferences. Job Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong knowledge of banking products and services, including used car financing. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required for building strong customer relationships. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are needed to analyze market trends and competitor activity. Experience working with internal teams to achieve business objectives.
