We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Branch Relationship Executive to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, preferably with a background in Sales or related fields. Roles and Responsibility Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase sales and revenue. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base through effective sales strategies. Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive solutions to clients. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently. Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction. Job Requirements Proven experience in sales or relationship management within the BFSI industry. Strong understanding of financial products and services, including Emerging Enterprise Banking and UCV. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Familiarity with branch operations and procedures is an advantage.
