1. Branch Operations:

  • Handling customer queries and providing support:This involves addressing policyholder questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Processing transactions:This includes tasks like premium collection, policy issuance, and handling loan requests.
  • Document verification and management:Ensuring accurate and complete documentation for all policy-related activities.
  • Reporting and MIS:Preparing reports on various operational activities and maintaining accurate records.

2. Policy Administration:

  • Processing policy documents: Ensuring accuracy and completeness of policy details.
  • Monitoring policy schedules and renewal status: Tracking policy anniversaries and ensuring timely renewal processing.
  • Preparing application and administrative documents: Creating necessary paperwork for policy issuance and modifications.

3. Claims Processing:

  • Receiving and processing claims: Handling claim submissions, verifying information, and initiating the claims settlement process.
  • Coordinating with various departments: Collaborating with underwriting, actuarial, and other teams for efficient claims management.
  • Maintaining claim records and documentation: Ensuring accurate and organized records of all claim-related activities.

4. Customer Service:

  • Providing support to policyholders: Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Managing customer interactions: Handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication with customers.
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction: Striving to meet or exceed customer expectations in all interactions.

5. Operational Management:

  • Supervising day-to-day operations: Overseeing the performance of various operational teams and ensuring smooth workflows.
  • Developing and implementing operational plans: Creating strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of operations.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulations: Adhering to all relevant rules and regulations governing the insurance industry.
  • Monitoring and analyzing operational performance: Tracking key metrics and identifying areas for improvement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,839.60 - ₹25,993.22 per month
