Job Title: Executive – Branch OperationsDepartment: Express Business, Operations Location: Multiple Locations Band: 2 Reports To: Manager – Branch Operations Roles & Responsibilities:Physically load and unload trucks & containers, sort documents, and ensure timely completion. Sort and load documents/boxes in logical order to support optimal delivery productivity. Plan and re-prioritize routes to complete pick-ups within customer time windows and meet productivity targets. Highlight stop count differences and coordinate with the pickup coordinator to balance routes. Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle checks and prepare inspection reports. Adhere to warehousing, material handling, and shipping legal requirements. Ensure accurate completion of delivery records, pickup manifests, time cards, etc. Audit customer documents (AWB, customs paperwork, invoices, etc.). Use tools for accurate scanning, recording, and transferring of performance data. Maintain vehicle and package security by following safety protocols. Address customer queries and escalate as needed. Identify opportunities for additional revenue or customer satisfaction improvement. Conduct physical inventory checks and reconcile with system data. Manage time effectively and take initiative to handle additional tasks when needed. Contribute to team success and ensure achievement of all KPIs. Adhere to all operational requirements and company standards. Qualifications & Competencies:Graduate or Post-Graduate (Any discipline) 5–8 years of experience in warehouse operations Skills Required: Team supervision Budget handling Safety & standard development Inventory control & process management Surveillance & reporting skills Analytical ability & equipment maintenance Proactive mindset and strong judgment Excellent communication and coordination abilities
