Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day branch sales & operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Lead, motivate, and guide the slimming, beauty, and front office teams to deliver high-quality service.
Monitor client satisfaction, handle escalations, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Conduct daily team meetings and review staff performance.
Ensure proper maintenance of client files, billing, and inventory records.
Implement marketing and promotional activities to increase walk-ins and conversions.
Coordinate with HR, Accounts, and Operations teams for staffing, salary, and other branch needs.
Maintain branch hygiene, ambiance, and adherence to company standards.
Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (MBA preferred).
3–5 years of experience in wellness, salon, spa, or healthcare industry (minimum 1 year in a managerial role).
Strong leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
Sales-driven, goal-oriented, and team-focused.
Proficiency in English and regional languages

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
