Job Overview:

We are seeking a female Center Manager with experience in training institutes to oversee all activities at our IT training center. This role involves managing branch operations, ensuring smooth functioning, and maintaining high standards in training delivery and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage Branch Operations:
Oversee daily activities, including scheduling, facility management, and staff supervision.

Coordinate Training Programs:
Ensure that classes are running smoothly and that training materials are current.

Handle Customer Service:
Address student inquiries and issues, and ensure high levels of satisfaction.

Staff Management:
Recruit, train, and support staff, and handle performance evaluations.

Financial Oversight:
Manage the branch budget and track expenses.

Promote the Center:
Assist in marketing efforts and work to meet enrollment targets.

Qualifications:

Experience in a training institute environment.
Strong management and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Female candidates preferred.
Availability to work 6 days a week.
