Job Title: Social Media Executive + Influencer Coordinator

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Location: Ambattur,Chennai.

Language Requirement: Telugu influence coordination is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

Influence Marketing:

Assist in developing and executing influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Build and maintain outreach lists of influencers aligned with the client’s brand objectives.

Communicate with influencers and content creators regarding briefs, deliverables, timelines, and approvals.

Collaborate with influencers to produce compelling, brand-aligned content that resonates with target audiences.

Create detailed influencer campaign recap and performance reports.

Brand Partnerships:

Research and build outreach lists for potential brand partnership opportunities.

Coordinate with brands to explore collaborations that expand reach and drive mutual growth.

Social Media Management:

Manage daily operations of social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).

Plan and implement content strategies based on trends and target audience preferences.

Develop, write, and publish engaging posts to promote brand identity and increase interaction.

Work closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery of creatives (images, videos, reels, etc.).

Schedule content using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Later, Hootsuite).

Monitor social media platforms for brand mentions, trends, and opportunities for engagement.

Engage actively with the community through comments, messages, and user-generated content.

Track KPIs and analyze insights to optimize content and improve performance.

Requirements:

2+ years of hands-on experience in social media and influencer marketing.

Proven experience coordinating with Telugu influencers and understanding regional market trends.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Familiarity with social media analytics tools and online scheduling platforms.

Creative mindset with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
