A Branch Manager with a sales background is responsible for overseeing the operations, sales performance, and staff management of a branch office.

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall management of the branch, including driving sales growth, managing the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting financial objectives.

Experience: Minimum 5 to 7 years in sales (B2C)

Note:- Female Candidate Preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

· Sales Leadership

· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch targets.

· Branch Operations, Team Management Customer Relationship Management.

· Compliance and Risk Management.

· Prepare and present regular reports on branch performance, sales activities, and other key metrics.

· Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

· Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably in a branch or retail environment.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data, develop strategies, and make informed decisions.

· Knowledge of financial management and branch operations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Tirunelveli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Inside sales: 4 years (Preferred)
• Direct sales: 4 years (Preferred)
• B2c sales: 4 years (Preferred)
