Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager at Shriram Finance Ltd, you will be responsible for driving sales and recruitment efforts in the concerned branch. We are looking for candidates who are located in Calicut, Kerala and fall within the age bracket of 25 to 35 years. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in life insurance and deposit marketing. A bachelor's degree is required for this position. You should possess a two-wheeler for transportation and have the attitude for aggressive sales. Your primary responsibilities will include promoting and selling deposit, life insurance, health insurance, and motor insurance products. Additionally, you should have the capability to recruit agents to enhance sales performance within the branch. Incentives and contest rewards will be provided as part of the compensation package. This is a full-time position that requires you to work in person at the designated branch.
