Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, located in Nagpur. The Branch Manager will oversee branch operations, lead and manage the branch team, and ensure effective delivery of banking services. Key responsibilities include achieving branch business targets, maintaining customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal policies, and fostering staff development. The role also involves identifying new sales opportunities, managing risks, and ensuring smooth daily operations across all product lines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Branch Operations Management and team leadership to ensure efficiency and productivity
• Strong skill set in Customer Relationship Management, including service excellence and issue resolution
• Experience in Sales and Business Development, with a focus on meeting branch revenue goals
• Knowledge of Banking Regulations and Compliance, ensuring adherence to legal and organizational guidelines
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage risk and performance metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree is advantageous)
• Proven leadership experience in a banking or financial institution is highly desirable
