About the Role:

Branch Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Branch Operations & Management

Manage day-to-day
branch operations
, ensuring smooth functioning and compliance with policies.
Supervise branch staff, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, and development.
Ensure
accurate and timely processing of transactions
, cash handling, and reporting.
Implement operational procedures to maximize efficiency and minimize errors or fraud.

Business Development & Customer Acquisition

Drive branch growth by
acquiring new customers and promoting banking products and services
.
Develop strategies to
increase deposits, loans, and other banking products
.
Build and maintain strong
relationships with existing customers and local businesses
.

Customer Service & Experience

Ensure the branch delivers
high-quality customer service
.
Handle escalated customer complaints and provide timely resolutions.
Implement initiatives to enhance
customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty
.

Financial Performance & Reporting

Monitor branch performance metrics, including sales, deposits, loans, and profitability.
Prepare
branch reports and presentations
for senior management.
Analyze trends and recommend strategies for achieving branch targets.

Preferred Qualifications:

Advanced degree (MBA or relevant certification in banking/finance).
Experience with
digital banking solutions and branch automation tools
