Branch Manager

As an experienced Branch Manager at STFT Finance Pvt. Ltd., your role involves managing a team of 8-10 Sales Officers. You will be responsible for driving business in LAP and Unsecured Business loans, ensuring the achievement of the branch's sales and collections targets. Building and managing relationships with Channel partners and external stakeholders will be crucial. You will have end-to-end responsibility for driving loan origination, approvals, and disbursements. Engaging with Credit, Operations & Clients for effective case closure, providing regular service to customers, resolving grievances at the Branch level, and assisting risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management are key aspects of your role. Additionally, you will oversee collections from overdue customers, hire, retain, and train the team for achieving strong growth, and ensure overall cost management and policy compliance at the Branch. Key Responsibilities: - Manage a team of 8-10 Sales Officers - Drive business in LAP and Unsecured Business loans - Achieve branch's sales and collections targets - Build and manage relationships with Channel partners and external stakeholders - Oversee loan origination, approvals, and disbursements - Engage with Credit, Operations & Clients for effective case closure - Provide regular service to customers, resolve grievances at Branch level - Assist risk and credit teams in portfolio risk management - Ensure collections from overdue customers - Hire, retain, and train the team for achieving strong growth - Manage overall cost and policy compliance at the Branch Qualifications Required: - 8-12 years of relevant sales experience in NBFC / Banking industry - Exposure and understanding of products in LAP & Unsecured Business Loans / Small Business Loans segments - Team handling experience - Local Sales experience of at least 3-4 years in the location applied for is a must - Exposure to the latest underwriting practices and tools prevalent in the small ticket lending industry In summary, as a Branch Manager at STFT Finance Pvt.
