Branch Manager

As a Branch Manager in Delhi, India, you will be a part of the T&O Commercial team and work as an on-site employee. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Executing sales processes such as sales calls, territory mapping, key account mapping, and coverage planning. - Planning and executing the forecast process. - Leading a team of frontline sales professionals and motivating them to achieve sales objectives. - Constructing the Branch Business Plan by markets and product categories on an annual, quarterly, and monthly basis. - Being responsible for collections and DSO targets. - Deploying and monitoring the execution of promotions and market initiatives aligned with the Sales Strategy of the region. - Implementing New Channel Activation programs. - Planning and executing a product-pull plan through end-user coverage. - Strategizing to grow the region in terms of sales, revenue, and profitability. - Expanding the consumer base. - Conducting resource planning and driving productivity year-on-year. Qualifications required for this role include: - Diploma/BE/BTech/Graduate degree. - 12-22 years of sales experience.
