As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to grow portables revenue in your assigned territory. You will be expected to increase distribution width and depth within the designated sales area. Managing secondary sales revenue into retail outlets and outlet management will also be a key part of your role. Creating awareness in your designated geographies through direct selling for the retail outlets is essential. You will be required to find new distributors and consistently grow the business. Additionally, managing the regional outlets sales agents and ensuring sales targets are achieved by pushing stock outs to assigned outlets are crucial tasks. Monitoring sales data, staying up to date with current market trends, and understanding customer needs, including addressing customer queries and complaints, are part of your daily responsibilities. Ensuring the availability of stocks in all outlets across the range and focusing on activating new channels like market, group, schools, MFIs, NGOs, and SACCOs are also key aspects of the role. Being aware of all competitive activities within the territory is essential for success in this position. This is a full-time, permanent role that includes benefits such as cell phone reimbursement.
