Key Responsibilities Maintain & Monitor the Supplier PPM data on Daily| Monthly| Quarterly | YTD basis. Preparation of Inspection Check Sheet (Quality Plan)Responsible for SAR activity (New Part Localisation)Knowledge of Machining or Sheet Metal Commodity Parts Inspection. Interaction with Suppliers (Local + Import) for the Quality Issue’s and Improvements. Maintain Quality Records like Inspection reports | PDI | Material TC | SAR report etc. Responsible to maintain the record of Product Audit like UL |CSA | DEKRA | IMS etc. On time Closure of NC of Monthly EHS Audit. On time Clearance of SAP material from system. Kaizen Culture implementation at supplier endFollow up action for daily issue in CAPA form. 5 ‘S’ implementation in Quality lab. Generation of instrument & gauge requirement and procurement based on requirement. Responsible for Supplier Process Audit as per plan. Responsible for Layout inspection for Machining Commodity componentsResponsible for Supplier Training on Functional & Critical Requirements of parts. Responsible for SPC from Supplier for CTQ Parameters Competencies & Skills Able to use Instruments & Gauges for Part inspectionAble to Understand the DrawingsAble to do SAP Transactions with respect to QualityKnowledge of Handling Electrical Equipment’sKnowledge of GD&TKnowledge of Problem-Solving Techniques (CAPA)Good Communication skillsKnowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
