Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing or business development, preferably in chit funds, banking, NBFC, insurance, or finance sectors.
• Proven track record of achieving business growth and sales targets.
• Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel across Tamil Nadu as required for business development
