Roles and Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the branch office, ensuring efficient sales performance and customer satisfaction. Oversee a team of sales professionals, providing guidance on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards. Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve business objectives, including increasing revenue growth and market share. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Foster strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and preferences. Desired Candidate Profile 5-10 years of experience in electrical products industry or related field (branch management). Strong understanding of electrical sales principles, including fans, cables, switches, lighting fixtures (MCCB), panels etc. . Excellent communication skills for effective leadership and teamwork. Ability to analyze data to drive business decisions.
