Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise a team of retail banking professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Develop and implement strategies to increase retail liabilities, deposits, and other financial products. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business development and expansion. Job Requirements Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling strong relationship building with customers and colleagues. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies for business development. Strong knowledge of retail banking products and services, including liabilities, deposits, and financial planning. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
