Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in BFSI and excellent leadership skills, with 2-7 years of experience. Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise the daily operations of the branch office. Develop and implement strategies to achieve business objectives and expand customer base. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Monitor and control expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness and profitability. Identify and mitigate risks to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals. Job Requirements Strong knowledge of BFSI industry trends and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Experience in managing teams and achieving business objectives. Familiarity with financial products and services, particularly in small finance banking.
