Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives. Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
