Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in the BFSI industry. Roles and Responsibility Manage daily branch operations, ensuring efficient customer service and sales growth. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and expand the customer base. Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and goals. Build strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing tailored solutions. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the competition. Job Requirements Proven experience in managing retail teams, preferably in the BFSI industry. Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, enabling informed decision-making. Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and achieving targets. Strong knowledge of financial products and services, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Experience in developing and implementing effective sales strategies.
