Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our retail team in Equitas Small Finance Bank Ltd. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in the BFSI industry, with a strong background in managing teams and driving business growth. Roles and Responsibility Manage and supervise a team of retail banking professionals to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service. Develop and implement strategies to increase retail branch revenue and expand the customer base. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, colleagues, and external partners. Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency. Identify and mitigate risks associated with retail banking operations. Collaborate with other departments to drive business development and improve overall performance. Job Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in retail banking or a related field. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling building strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Ability to analyze financial data and make informed decisions to drive business growth. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the capacity to work under pressure. Experience in managing and controlling expenses to ensure profitability and efficiency.
