Arka Fincap is a leading financial services company offering a wide range of lending solutions. We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to lead branch operations, drive business growth, and strengthen channel partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive business for Prime LAP (Loan Against Property) segment and achieve assigned branch targets.
• Manage and grow relationships with DSAs (Direct Selling Agents) and other sourcing partners.
• Lead branch operations including sales, customer service, credit coordination, and collections monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, process guidelines, and regulatory norms.
• Oversee team performance and provide guidance, training, and motivation to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze market trends and develop strategies to increase branch profitability.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through timely service and resolution of issues.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Strong experience in Prime LAP segment is mandatory.
• Excellent rapport with DSAs and proven ability to drive business through these channels.
• Minimum 4–7 years of experience in retail lending, preferably in LAP/secured lending.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multi-functional teams and achieve targets under deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
