Position: Branch Sales Manager Secured Loans

Key Responsibilities

• Lead branch sales team to achieve Home Loan & Loan Against Property (LAP) targets.
• Drive business through direct sales, channel partners, and referral networks.
• Monitor branch performance, track KPIs, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, credit guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships to enhance retention and crossselling.
• Train, mentor, and motivate sales staff to maximize productivity.

Qualifications

• Age: Up to 32 years
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in secured loan sales (Home Loan/LAP)
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills

• Achieve individual sales targets for Home Loan & LAP products.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct sales and channel partners.
• Conduct customer meetings, explain product features, and assist in documentation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other teams for smooth loan processing.
• Provide market feedback and competitor insights to management.

Qualifications

Any Graduate

• Age: Up to 31 years
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in secured loan sales (Home Loan/LAP)
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related field
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
